A for Attitude

Generation X, Generation Y—we've almost run through the alphabet. If only the labels were as fresh as the people we pin them on. What do you call young artists who test the rules by attaching a vacuum to a dress? Or making an inflatable bridge? Or dunking an illuminated light bulb in water? Or hanging out in a maximum-security prison? More important than the letter is the spirit.
